Nothing on Wapsy is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Duels, scores, ranks, and market floors reflect what a trading wallet did inside a window — they are records, not guidance. No score, tier, or result should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
2. Trading and market risk
Trading cryptocurrencies is volatile and can result in the loss of the full amount deployed. Prices can move rapidly, liquidity can disappear, and market data used by Wapsy can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Past performance in a Duel window is not an indicator of future results.
3. Virtual SOL moves nothing
While the launch experience is in simulation, stakes are Virtual SOL. Nothing is deposited, escrowed, wagered, or transferred. A Duel result changes your Season Score and record — never your balance. Any future real-stake surface requires separate product, security, and legal readiness and will carry its own disclosure.
4. Skilled risk, not certainty
The Arena measures realized and marked-to-market results over a window. Estimates and counterfactual figures are labeled as estimates. Wapsy presents evidence and its limitations side by side; absent data is reported as unavailable, never as a fact.
5. Jurisdiction
The Arena is not offered where prohibited. We may restrict availability by region, and you are responsible for the law where you live. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where Wapsy is not available.
6. Support
If trading, competitive, or gambling-related pressure affects you, reach out to a local support service. Wapsy provides no credit, debt, or wager facilitation, and account controls let you stop dueling at any time. Questions or concerns can be sent through Feedback.
