1. What we collect

  • Account and Privy email-authentication data.
  • Your Privy Wapsy Wallet mapping and privately stored, independently verified Trading Wallet address.
  • On-chain transactions and available market data needed for wallet status, funding, settlement, and Duel scoring.
  • Match state, results, ratings, profile choices, settings, feedback, and Michael conversations you initiate.
  • Privacy-preserving security, abuse-prevention, and aggregate performance records.

2. Wallet privacy

Opponents and public profiles never receive your wallet address, token list, or transaction history. Wapsy uses verified wallet data only for approved scoring, integrity, support, and security purposes. A public wallet address is not treated as public proof of your identity.

3. What we do not collect

Wapsy never requests or stores private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases and does not keep unrestricted backend signing authority over your Wapsy Wallet. Trading Wallet verification is a message signature with no transaction and no SOL fee. Wallet transfers require your explicit approval.

4. Providers

Providers may include Privy for email authentication and user-controlled embedded wallet infrastructure, Supabase for application data, Vercel for hosting and aggregate performance data, approved Solana RPC and market-data providers for wallet status and scoring, and the configured model provider when Michael is used. Production activation remains gated.

5. Public profile

A chosen player name, profile image, match record, rank, and results may be public unless the player selects the anonymous profile mode. Wallet addresses remain private in either mode.

6. Retention and rights

Final retention periods and production legal details remain activation blockers. Players can manage product data in Settings and request account deletion. Access, correction, objection, portability, and deletion rights depend on applicable law; requests can be sent through Feedback.

7. Wallet transactions

Deposits are inbound Solana transfers. Withdrawals and Duel funding require explicit wallet approval. Duel stakes use per-match escrow when the separately gated real-stake system is activated; Wapsy does not represent SOL as an internal balance.
